WPvita is a WordPress theme development shop that builds WP themes that users (our Client) can purchase and use to power their websites. The premium themes are pre-made templates that change how the website look. These items are sold as digital download through WPvita or Themeforest.

We at WPvita offer various services to our Clients that are enclosed within this Terms of Use without modification of any kind. By registering to our Site and using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY TO GUARANTEE THAT YOU COMPREHEND AND AGREE TO EACH PROVISION. WPvita reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is the responsibility of the Client to check this agreement periodically for changes. The Client’s continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement establishes acceptance of those changes.

Usage & Registration

Anyone can visit WPvita without registration. However, if you wish to purchase our themes, you will be required to register and set up you account. Information such as username, password and email will be required. To protect your privacy, we do not sell or provide any personal information that you have input to our Site to any third party.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Users are responsible in maintaining the security of their account. This includes any purchase or activity created under their account. Please notify WPVita of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

The Client will be held accountable and responsible in the use of the themes purchased. WPvita shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use incurred by your or any third party arising out of or in connection with the use of our products. The account holder, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions, will not hold WPvita responsible and liable for any acts or omissions.

Support Policy

Support may be received through our website via email and support documentation. Our themes are provided as is. We do not customize, alter or add any feature, nor guarantee that our products will be compatible with third party software or services. A guide will be provided to ensure easier set up and navigation of the theme purchased. We at WPvita will provide support on setting up and providing instructions about the Product (as advertised) to our Clients, as needed.


Payment for your purchase shall be accepted via PayPal or credit card. Additional information may be asked if necessary. We assure our Clients, however, that we do not store any credit card or payment information on our Site.

Refund Policy

For any pre-purchase questions, our Team at WPvita will be more than glad to answer any of your queries and assist you in any way we can. Please allow us a chance to help you out by contacting us through our email support. In most cases, issues are simple to work out.

In the event that we cannot resolve the issue, we offer a 30-day refund for clients who purchased our themes from our Site. However, only those refund request made in writing will be honored. Once the review of the request and the issue, we will refund the full amount.


WPvita may terminate your access to all or any part of the website at anytime, with or without cause, with or without notices. Our Clients may terminate their access to our Site simply by not using the website.
